cant’t start Plex at Windows - it just appears for a moment and closes.

I’m no expert but the logs don’t seem to indicate a problem they just end, so I’d check your event viewer for an application crash first, then graphics card drivers, then try a reinstall of the app. I see its trying to use the graphics card on your CPU “Intel(R) Iris(R) Plus Graphics”, if you have a separate graphics card, I would try forcing plex to use that in the graphics card drivers. Does the web player work ok?
