Can't stream music library with nVidia Shield

I am currently unable to play my music library using the nVidia Shield. Every album I choose comes up with “an error occurred while playing this item” and moves onto the next song - which gets the same error message.

I am able to play music on my Roku, Chrome browser, and my phone. I thought it may have been because I wasn’t a PlexPass user, so I purchased the lifetime membership - the results did not change.

edit: Movies & TV Shows play fine.

Whom should I reach out to for support on this issue?

I have the same problem. Try reinstalling/clearing cache and data/ nothing. casting to the ncidia shield works through.

It’s times like these that make me super happy I dropped a bunch of money on PlexPass. Support almost as good as Comcast.

Yeah not sure why this hasn’t been fixed or a post explaining what causes this but definitely frustrating.
