Server Version#: nvidia shield

Hello. I am running a plex media server off of my nvidia shield and a USB external hard drive. I have had no issues until recently when I added a few TV shows to my library.
While on the shield I can access movies but not music and TV shows. On the shield it says that the TV shows and music library are empty.
However on any other device in the house I can see the contents of those libraries in full and even play them just fine without issue. I can add and remove shows and music and it updates and works fine but on the shield it doesn’t show up.
I’ve tried reinstalling the app so far on shield and still no dice.
Anyone know what might be happening?
