Can't switch to big screen mode on win 10

I just installed the PMP on a new Win10 machine and I cannot get the Big Screen GUI. I can only get to full screen with F11, there is icon or 3 dots on left corner. this really sucks because I use a harmony remote to control it, not a mouse!
Any suggestions? the GUI looks exactly like the web GUI, instead of the app GUI.

PS I am NOT new to Plex or this setup, just have a new PC.

You want to install Plex Media Player, not the Plex desktop app:

OMG, just realized that. PMP is no longer in the download list… that is Plex for Windows. I’m back to normal!!! Phew, it was driving me nuts.
