No Sync Symbol have Plex Pass

I have Plex Pass but there is no sync button and I can’t sync items how can this be rectified?

What are you trying to sync?
Sync is only available to cloud and to a mobile app. You must have at least one of these present in your plex account. see https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/sections/200079117-Mobile-Sync-Cloud-Sync

It tells me a Plex Pass is required to Sync and Please ask the server owner to allow sync for your account. Have a DropBox account connect to my account.

Is the server from which you are trying to sync your own server?
If so, since when do you have the Plex Pass?

I don’t see this wording when I look at my own server. You will see this only if you look at other people’s servers shared with you.
Are you using several plex accounts, perhaps?

Is the server Signed In to the same plex account, on which you bought the Plex Pass?
This is crucial.
Settings - Server - General

I have had Plex Pass since yesterday

Make sure the server is signed in to the plex account with the Plex Pass, then shutdown the server device, let it stay off for 1 minute, then boot it up again.
Wait another 5 minutes.

You are using the wrong app.
To administrate the Plex server, you must use Plex Web.
Open the local version of Plex Web: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200288666-Opening-Plex-Web-App

I can’t see what you see when you click on that link. Besides, that is the hosted version of Plex Web, not the local one.

Sorry, no.
Please follow the link I set above. (scroll down a bit)
The local version of Plex web is to be found under the local IP address of the machine where you installed Plex server onto.
