‘Please ask the server owner to allow sync for your account’

Is this bug solved? Just purchase the pass for the mobile sync feature, please help.

just an fyi; last week i purchased Plex Pass through the iOS app on my iPad, and i got the same error.
Then i found out, the server simply didn’t see my account as a “plex pass” account. Also on the website i wasn’t registered as a premium account.

So, i cancelled the iTunes purchase, and then purchased Plex Pass directly through their website directly (somewhere here https://www.plex.tv/features/plex-pass/ ), and it worked.
