Can't update plex on Synology DS214+

Hello, I am trying to update plex on my DS214+ manually, by downloading the SPK file (ARM v7) from plex.tv/downloads. However when I try to manually install this package, it gives me the error that either the Diskstation platform is not supported or I am not running the right DSM version. I have updated to DSM 6.2 so I guess its the first? Did you drop support for this NAS?

Support for ARMv7 has not been discontinued. Only ARMv5 was discontinued (2+ years ago)

Make certain to apply all Synology updates (DSM 6.2 Update 2) and reboot the NAS

Are you installing a lower version than what is installed? Synology does not permit this.
