When I try to set my desired username Plex will not allow it for some reason… Anyone have any ideas here? Its a small nitpick. But it would be nice to be able to use my actual name.
There are no other users set up on my server with the same name. I am the administrator of this server
You’re trying to setup a Plex account – those aren’t limited to your own local server and therefore need to be unique. You can subsequently set a Full Name or alias as which you want to be seen inside Plex.
