Plex Media Player is no longer being updated. When Plex began updating the underlying libraries they split the functionality into two applications.

Keyboard/Remote = Plex HTPC (not yet on front page download) : https://downloads.plex.tv/htpc/1.1.0.2156-96d995e9/windows/PlexHTPC-1.1.0.2156-96d995e9-x86_64.exe
