Keyboard Navigation Desktop View?

is there any way to enable keyboard navigation for the desktop view so that it (the keyboard) operates like it does when in tv view? thanks!

There is not. Navigation by remote control / keyboard is only available in TV mode.

The desktop view is the same as the web app. You need a mouse for it.

was looking at this page for keyboard shortcuts and functionality but it seems that it pertains mostly to pmp in tv mode, is there a similar page for pmp when in desktop mode? am interested in keyboard shortcuts that work with desktop view, thanks!

I already told you. Apart from what is listed in the help menu under your avatar in the upper-right corner, there aren’t any.

first, ■■■■ you and your tone, i’m a paying plex subcriber looking for support, and like all of plex’s paying subscribers should be entitled to replies from plex moderators that aren’t condescending.

second, you didn’t “already tell me” anything regarding shortcuts, which i consider to be different than navigation.

third, how about just not responding to my posts, your input is usually worthless, as it was when i asked about mpv.conf files.

for those interested, when in desktop view:

  • backslash toggles between fullscreen and window mode

  • spacebar pauses video

  • left and right arrows / lesser than and greater than signs skip movie forward and backwards

who know what other seemingly “hidden” keyboard shortcuts are available when in desktop (non tv) mode?
