Can't use on, Insane amount of buffering

Hello,

I am getting stupid amount of buffering coming from my server. I am using the android app and the sony android tv app with the same result. This problem just started, I’ve been running this server without issues for the last three years on my android phone and Sony android tv without a problem. I am only using plex within my local network, one stream at a time.

I try to play the file and it lags then plays for a second then buffers. below is a link to my logs.

my computer specs are the following:

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
RAM: 16 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Windows 10 64 bit
