Can't Watch Anything Lately - Spinning Circle, Now error messages

Just recently (last few days) I haven’t been able to watch anything on my Samsung TV via the Plex app. I always watch via Chromecast TV but even a recent example trying direct via the Plex app on my TV brought the same issues.

Yesterday I was trying to watch a few shows but the circle just kept spinning and after say 5 minutes it might play for 10 seconds then cut out again. The error message of connection isn’t fast enough came up (but that’s not correct since I could exit plex and stream Netflix 1 minute later without any issues). My TV is connected via cable (not wifi).
Today I am trying again but now getting the “Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error”.

I have been searching a lot in the past few days and tried a lot of different methods to fix which have been suggested. Even reinstalled the apps but didn’t help. Tonight I found a fix which relates to Malewarebytes (which is what I have) and adding exclusions but after adding them all, still the same issue.

Attached are my logs. Does anyone know what the issue is?

I’m having the exct same issue on my Samsung TV, I know its not my server or my connection as i can click on something that wont play on my TV on any other device (Apple TV, iPhone/iPad or computer) and it starts instanly.

If i had to guess i would say it coincided with the recent plex updates that included the streaming discovery and my watch list update. i hoped the recent server update ( Version 4.80.0) would have fixed it but no luck.

There is clearly a bug that needs squahing
