I think this mostly affects cartoons.The guide Plex uses to populate the show data lists every cartoon as a separate episode, but they’re often packaged in 1/2 hour blocks. An example is “Rabbids Invasion (2013)”
The downloaded file is: Rabbids Invasion (2013)-S01E02-Stop! No More!; Rabbids vs. the Vacuum Cleaner; Runway Rabbids.ts
Plex identifies this as S01E02 (“Rabbid Mollusk”), but TheTVDB actually lists each of those cartoons as separate episodes, so this file really represents S01E04 through S01E06. (S01E01 is actually S01E01 through S01E03)

I don’t know if there’s an easy or reasonable solution to the problem. Since we’re in beta, I put it out there for the great minds here to brainstorm.
