Plex is inconsistent in identifying episodes for a given show. For older shows (really old, like Magnum P.I.), Plex doesn’t identify the episode at all, and just lists each one by the date recorded. For newer shows (like Big Bang Theory), sometimes it identifies the episode correctly, but half the time it can’t and just lists it by date recorded. Any suggestions?

I am looking at the recorded tv window in Plex, not the EPG. I have no idea whether the guide has the information correct; all I know is that the episode name is not listed under each episode in the recorded tv window. Instead, many of the episodes just have the air date.
