Cast to chromecast fails

Server Version#: 1.41.3.9314
Player Version#: 4.141.0 (web)

Every time i try to cast anything it return (on the chromcast) “Playback Error” and the Plex app (on iOS) and Web as well hang loading.

Attached logs and im here only cause i cannot see anything useful in the logs (and yes, used DEBUG logs)

Things already tried:

  • Clear cache (everywhere)
  • Reboot
