Casting Plex to Chromecast Audio: Android only plays 1 track, iOS works fine...

When casting to Chromecast Audio from my Android devices only 1 track or part of 1 track will play.

My Android devices are Wileyfox Swift 2X, Lenovo Tab 3 8, Lenovo Tab 4 10.

I have removed/reinstalled Plex on my Android devices, reset the Chromecast Audio.

Oddly, casting Plex from via old iPad to the Chomecast works perfectly!

I have installed Plex server on a second Windows machine, with the same results.

Android App: 6.14.1.3753 (not sure if this is the beta version, I have signed up on Play to be a beta tester)
Plex server: Version 1.11.3.4803

Update to this, the iOS/iPad that works is using the legacy 16bit version.

Just installed ‘Plex for Android 6.15.0.3828-beta’ which has the change, ‘Local Playback: support for Plex Companion and Chromecast, including on-device audio transcoding.’

Needed the phone to be rebooted, and has got to track 5 so far which is progress! Will report back it the entire album plays.

Played a double album, no freezing … we have a winner … and my wife is very grateful (so am I!).
