Cellular data limitation is not working

Player Version#: 9.15.0.38159

Hi,
It seems that the cellular data limitation is not working on my android mobile app.
It keeps reading content in original quality.
When the remote streaming quality is set, the limitation is well occuring.
Thus this seems only impacting limitation on cellular data.
