cert.create.bat only .pem file is create but empty and for sure unable to add certificate in windows.
i follow all instruction. but in the cmd.exe it said traillers.pem is not reconize. not found... and alot of error ? when i try to run cert.create.bat in c:\Cert
any help could be great
DId you install OpenSSL? (and the corect version?)
what are the errors you get? (These might help someone to assist you)
Where did you get the .bat from?
Did you use trhe Plexconnect WIKI?

If you have a Webserver you can install it without disconnecting your atv at all.

Install the same cert on your atv and your PC. Think of the cert of a way to allow your atv and PC to communicate, like a key to unlock the plexconnect door 
the problem is im unable to Generate the SSL Certificates for windows with the cert.create.bat on this

Yes French means I can’t help but if you translate it I might be able to offer assistance. (I would google translate it if but it’s too hard as it’s a screen print).
I would also say the thread you are using is a bit old (it creates a .der while .cer is what is used). However you are not even getting to This step.
I will ask again. Have you installed the correct version of OpenSSL?

i have just re install openssl (maybe i had install thelite vers.) and now its working ! but im not stuck in iPhone Configuration Utility ... i click on the install button in ( atv.. configuration) and nothing is made ! ... im not sure what to do
Use the network method instead to install the certificate on the ATV (see wiki guide).

What is the IP of your PlexConnect machine?
Are you putting all the files in the PlexConnect certs folder?
What EXACTLY do you enter on the ATV to find the profile?
Any error message on the ATV when you try and add the profile?

Open cmd prompt and create your files, make sure you run as administrator. Find the certificate and double click it to install it before opening iPhone configuration.
Oh, and place the pem file into the certificate folder of plex connect so it can find it
