Point of order.
You might want to take care of all the .grab (DVR) directories. they should be owned by PlexMediaServer:PlexMediaServer.
Apparently DSM didn’t pick them up when you changed permissions and did the “Apply to this folder, subfolders, and files”. (or did you forget? 
)

Are you using a plex.direct URL?
