Hello, I have the following log when I triy to connect to my local plex server with his FQDN :
[CERT] TLS connection from 192.168.7.4:2XXX came in with non-plex.direct SNI ‘XXXXXX.synology.me’
The certificat is valid. My computeur is not in the same network as the plex server.

Did you add your certificate to PMS ?

If yes, did you include the Cert, Key, and CA in the P12 ?

Don’t use the private synology.me domain name to open the Plex web app.
If you want to set up Plex server for the first time, use the local IP address of your Synology NAS.

Once everything is set up, use the hosted web app instead (unless there’s an internet outage).
