I’ve noticed that some channels and other channels during certain commercials I get a chipmunk effect from too fast audio. My guess is maybe commercials switch codec from what was originally tuned?? But then that doesn’t explain why some channels / shows (truTV , the cabanaro effect) start off with this condition.
