Channel Switch issues - Audio/Video Chipmunk(high Pitch) or Slow Mo(demon voice)

Latest Client on NVidia shield, streaming from plex server on windows 10.

When I start from an HD Live tv station and switch to an SD station I get high pitched audio. But when I start from an SD station and switch to a HD station the audio is in slow mo. Video also is either slow or fast and pauses respectively.

Running latest(1.11.0.4666) beta server on windows 10. Using 2 hdhomerun tuners (1 Dual & 1 Connect).

This issue is not present when using “Live Channels”, Hdhomerun app, or Emby DVR.

Any suggestions??

I’m experiencing a similar issue where SD channels in my area always have issues. The audio and video plays VERY quickly for a second or two, and then pauses for a few seconds, and then plays again. It does this over and over and is never normal. I recorded a video to demonstrate the situation but my file type is not allowed for upload. Can anyone help me/us? Is there a way to do a bug report? I am a Plex Pass lifetime member. Thanks!
