Hi there, I recently got access to my social media accounts again after being locked out/taking a break from the internet. I have access to my facebook and am able to login to Plex via facebook but it’s linked to an email service (ProtonMail) that I thought I would use but I ended up paying for the first month and having my computer crash and I haven’t started back up online again until just recently. I no longer pay for that email service so I cannot receive the email to reset the password and I cannot reset the password as I don’t know the current password, just was able to login via Facebook. I can provide whatever proof necessary to reclaim the account with my proper email. I still pay for a yearly service of Plex Pass.
