I tend to leave my Plex log level set at debug so that, if something does go wrong, I don’t have to turn DEBUG on and try and reproduce the issue. But it seems that the logs fill up way too fast and there are not enough rollover logs to get a decent history. Case in point, I had a recording fail last night around 7:00pm. By the time I got around to check the logs this morning, the furthest back I could get was 10:00pm last night. Barely 12 hours of log content, give or take. Is there any super-secret way to change this? If it matters, my PMS is running on Windows. Thanks.
Not really a Super-secret way, just the handshake is secret >:)

Make sure you don’t also have ‘verbose’ logging active.
This is not needed and spams the logs.
If you have that already disabled, you can raise the number of retained log files by adding an advanced preference

LogNumFiles
But don’t go crazy here! 10 or 15 should be more than enough.
Do the above while Plex Server is shut down.
