I want to change my login from e-mail with password to Sign In with Apple, but I can’t figure out how. I once read something on disconnecting from the Media Server and claim a Media Server with a new account, but I can’t find it and I want to be sure I have still access to my Server 
No need to create a new account; you can add Apple’s sign-in to your existing account (though there’s some caveats when it comes to Apple’s approach → see related note in the linked support article)

Thanks. There seems to be a bug in Sign In with Apple: even if I continue with SIWA with my recognisable e-mailaddress, there is a private-relay-address made.
I deleted the Plex SIWA entry in settings and tried to link the account, which has this result.
I have no clue what this means. Is Apple being Apple and is SIWA bugged or…
I am quite careful not making a new account, I have a Plex Pass attached to it.
