Changing Email/Password after eliminating Sign in with Apple

I have a Plex account for a few years now, originally created the login with Sign in with Apple at the time using Hide my Email for privacy. Caveat: I think I did it wrong.

Now I want to change my sign in process to a separate email and password, and have followed the support article on undoing a Sign in with Apple, but it seems the “Privaterelay” email address Apple created, and an associated password are stuck.

I connected my Google account as a back to be sure I didn’t lose ability to sign into the account, then undid the connection to Apple, as well as the connection on my end, however the “Privaterelay.appleid.com” email that Apple generates is still stuck in there, and won’t allow me to change it without a password which I don’t think I created and now get no option for resetting.

For the moment, I can sign in using Google, but am still stuck and unable to change the email and password. Is there anyway to remove or reset those two pieces?

Thank you. Reached out, and will wait to hear back.

I seem to be stuck.

I received a reply, but now can’t get through as I no longer have access to that privaterelay.appleid.com email.

Plex seems to associate that email with my account, but I don’t have a password or ability to reset it.

I’ve tried emailing billing again, but now the email is getting rejected (assume again because the privaterelay email no longer exists?)

I’ve tried messaging billing through the web form, but unclear if that’s getting through as Plex wants the privaterelay email as my account, but I have no access to it, and it no longer exists so can’t be responded to.

Feeling quite stuck!

Billing was able to reset the email and password for me after I provided some account authentication info.

Thanks for the support!
