I am trying to change password for an email account, I select Forgot Password and nothing arrives in my inbox, nor Junk Mail folder.
No password change requests have been registered.
Double check the email address

This email claytonb@****.co.nz is going to be deleted next month and would like to change it to my main email clayton@*****.co.nz but it is already in use by another user I signed up using it
