Changed email address, now unable to create account with previous email

So the breach made me realize how insecure my admin Plex account was, since it was a shared family email. I briefly changed that account to use my personal email address, but then changed it back in favor of creating a new admin account for myself.

Now when trying to create an account with my personal email, Plex is telling me Email has already been taken. But it’s not on my account anymore and I never get a password reset email if I try. Any tips on how to get at least one of those email addresses unlinked from that Plex account??

Email addresses which were previously used with a Plex account
cannot be re-used with a different Plex account within 30 days.

TL;DR: wait a month, then re-try.
