Changed my router and Plex app won't connect to local server anymore

I changed my Netgear 6300 router for a Neatgear R7000P. I use Plex to stream videos that are on my computer. I have it on multiple device: Amazon Fire Stick, Roku stick and Roku TV. Everything was working just fine with my previous router but, after I changed it, the Plex app won’t connect to the Plex Media Server on my computer anymore. I’m not an expert and I can’t understand why it won’t connect. I tried to log out/log in on both the server and the app. I reboot my computer, router and stick. I disconnected and reconnected the app. Nothing seems to work but the devices still appear in the server devices list. I sure could use some help. Thank you.

On my R7000 I had to setup the port forwarding:

I also had to disable IPv6 on both the router and the PLEX Settings>>Network and unselect the check box :Enable server support for IPv6

Finally, the problem came from my firewall. Problem solved. Thanks!
