Hi, I can access via web page but not on android app, I use it on Nvidia Shield and Mobile phone with premium acces. Tried to reinstall and reconnect (even with the new password) after. Some reddit forum can help for web access like “claiming server” operation but nthg on android app. Any idea ?

I think my problem was user error. Sorry.

I had the same problem with Android only. Many others reported that restarting the Plex server fixes this problem, and it did for me.

Yes Indeed, by restarting server, the UPnP request seems to allow the remote access to work again. Which is very strange because the web page worked outside my network.

Once the remote access available in parameters, Android apps saw my server online.
