Changed password and everything working but

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10122
Player Version#: Web - 4.147.1

I changed my password and checked "Sign out connected devices after password change".

Everything worked fine (Remote Access, had some trouble but it came back after some minutes).

I still can see a lot of older and newer "Authorized Devices" in the Web app. Actually, all the devices that have been connected to my server at one time or another. Is this normal? Shouldn’t they have disappeared?

Can I remove some of them manually? What happens if I remove one device, say, my iPad and later on try to use it? Would I need to sign in again?

Yes, no.

Yes, if you like.

If you delete a device which is still in use, this device will lose access to your server.
However, since you did

then all devices should have lost access anyway.
Normally, you should have needed to reclaim your server (at least for remote access).

As well as every client device would almost immediately require you to log into your plex account (or use the web browser on the same device to do this, or use the 4 character link code. Whichever of these is available depends on the app/device type.)

You can drastically reduce the number of instances for “Plex Web” which will appear in these lists, if you tell your web browser to retain the cookies of the domain plex.tv when it’s closed. (Many/most browsers nowadays delete cookies by default.)
But you should only do that if you are the only person who uses this browser on that device.

Thanks.

All good!
