Changed password, lost access to server, Ubuntu server 18.1

I looked at the logs, I see a lot of 192.168.0 and 192.168.1 and 192.168.2, my network is 192.168.254

I followed these instructions with no success in regaining the server:

If you opted to sign-out devices while changing your Plex account password, this will also have signed out your server. In order to reclaim the server you need to access it through its local IP address from within the same subnet. If you’re accessing the server from a different network/subnet you first need to establish a local connection(e.g. using a SSH tunnel or Remote Desktop Session)
