Server Version#: Current
I just recently upgraded to a new NAS server. I migrated everything over to the new server and logged into PLEX with my new server. All my content is there, but all of the meta data that I spent weeks/months tweaking when I first started using PLEX disappeared.
Anyone know of a way to get the meta data to show up? The content is exact to what was on my old server. I have not added or updated anything on it.
Thanks for any helps.

That is a good starting point for moving a server.
Good Luck,

From which NAS to which NAS ?
Please provide details
If the target NAS is a QNAP then you’ll need to finish the process using the command line.
From a QNAP TS-251B to a QNAP TVS-Hx74. QNAP NAS to QNAP NAS. Same content. I would’ve thought that would’ve migrated everything over easily. But it lost pretty much everything. Especially with my video files. I had retitled everything for grouping and organizing to make it easy to sort and find.

Did you migrate from system to system using a tar file at the SSH command line or did you use a different approach (if so, what were the steps) ?
