Changing password and email from AppleID

I created my account using appleID and it think that was a mistake. The email listed in my account settings is an appleID email. When I try to change the email address, password, subscriptions, or any other account setting it WILL NOT accept my appleID password! However, I can log into my account just fine with that same appleID password. I don’t know of any other password associated with Plex, am I missing something?

I would like to change my email and password to get away from the appleID. I should have signed up using my regular email address to begin with…
