Changing guest user display name through database file

Server Version#: 1.41.0.8911

I have recently tried to change a user’s display name, couldn’t figure out why but then I realized by clicking the ‘disable guest account’ button, that’s the account I was trying to edit. I think some years back (maybe over 10 years) I changed the Guest user display name to Karen (no joke), and now there’s no way in the web GUI to change it back to Guest, so I have manually edited com.plexapp.plugins.library.db (accounts table), however, when I restart the server, the changes don’t take and still see all the old usernames. What gives? Any help is appreciated I am about to lose my mind over here.

The user name needs to be renamed in the plex.tv backend.
That’s where all the user accounts live.
