About 10 years ago, I must have renamed the Guest account to Karen (yes, I know). I cannot change it back anymore from my end (I’ve even gone into database files) and have been told it needs to be done in the Plex backend. Is it possible someone from Plex would be able to do this for me? Thank you very much I appreciate it.
