Guest account rename to "Guest"

At the beginning I must have renamed my Guest account, disabled and didn’t need to use again, until now. I cannot change it back anymore from my end and have been told it needs to be done by the Plex backend. Is it possible someone from Plex would be able to do this for me? Thank you very much I’d appreciate it.
