Changing path of libraries

Hi,

I have a (hopefully just corrupt) or failing hard drive that I am currently transferring all the data off.

The failing HDD has all the Movies/TV Shows stored in /Volumes/Seagate 4TB/PLEX/
The backup HDD is /Volumes/WD 4TB/PLEX Backup/

Is there an easy way to redirect PLEX to the new directory without creating a new library and losing watched/unwatched status etc?
