The problem I’m having is not new to most of you, but to me it is. I’ve had to buy a new Desktop PC. However, I’m having trouble with converting plex to the new PC.
I’m having a problem with AMD processor vs Intel. Additionally, I’m having trouble with movie folders. They don’t show up when I click on the Plex icon. Can you please help?
What have you tried so far? The “Move an Install to Another Location” support article should cover everything needed to transfer your server from one PC to another (assuming the operating system is the same between the two, there are some extra steps if you’re e.g. moving from Windows to Linux).
