Can anyone give me some help on how to transfer my server from a laptop to a desktop? Please and thank you.
If you don’t care about keeping existing settings, etc., install Plex on the new system, migrate your media, and configure as needed. You can have multiple Plex servers running at the same time.

This is what I have done so far but thought it would be nice to have it like it was. Its gonna take some time i guess to rescan all the media i guess though. I guess one just needs to be patient. Thanks for responding FordGuy61.
