I can not get channel guide to load, it took for ever for epg to download, finally after hours, it hit 100%. When i click on channels, i get "oops, something went wrong "message. Did it twice, each time reinstalling dvr.
Please provide debug logs from the server - downloaded just after you get the error together with screenshot of the screen with the error and the time the error arose
Please ensure debug logging is enabled in advance
Restart the server to get fresh logs created
Reproduce the problem and then capture the screenshots and logs

Could you also check that you are running the latest version of Plex Media Server for your platform. I notice a very old version showing on the server details held by plex.tv
