I haven’t been getting the channel guide on all my Plex player apps now for over 3 days. I thought that this is what I actually pay for by letting PLex debit me through PayPal on a monthly basis. Their debit of my account yesterday reminded me that this needs fixing. There are no firewalls or proxy servers that are blocking the download. I am being forced to use the HDhomerun app to watch live TV.
Make sure you are on the latest server version.
Screenshot all your scheduled recordings.
Now delete them.
Delete the DVR ( not just the tuners).
Re-create the DVR.
Create scheduled recordings.
I did your suggestion and got my guide back however only one 1 of my 2 dvr’s can record or watch live. Both DVR’s have been added successfully with 2 tuners each but only 1 DVR (2 tuners) is getting utilized. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!
I would need to see Debug logs to know what is going on, my best guess if these are HDHR devices is one of them is reporting busy and needs a reboot. Given the time that has gone by it should have resolved by now.
