My plex server was working perfectly, downloading the guide regularly and the DVR was kept current. Yesterday I noticed a program didn’t record, and looking at the DVR therre were no upcoming shows scheduled.
I went into server settings and verified my HD HomeRun 4k was being seen, rescanned channels (which it found all of them) and selected the subset of channels I wanted displayed (about 8 of 119 available to me).
I then hit ‘refresh guide’ and it immediately fails. I unselected all but one channel, and I still get guide update failed. Looking into the logs, it just says it can’t retrieve the ESG - no details.
What can I do to troubleshoot this?
