Channel info missing when adding channels for guide/dvr

Hello, for a couple months I have had some issues with our Live TV service. When adding channels, I see a couple of real channels are not showing as available. My HDHomerun sees these channels fine and names them correctly but Plex does not. I have attached some pictures of the channels and how they are grayed out without an appropriate option.

Picture 1: channel 4.4 Fave TV is available but the Plex drop-down (picture 2) does not have a Fave TV option or a 4.4 option. I assume it’s a newer channel and needs to be added on plex or some third party’s side.

Picture 3 shows the channel 28.1 as MTN TV but for some reason the Plex drop-down shows it is Home Shopping Network or HSN.

I have tried deleting and adding the DVR with slightly different zip codes from my state and nothing fixes it.

Additionally, I have a new Chromecast with Google TV and i am unable to watch live TV on it. I get a picture for a few minutes and then it closes out the stream and goes back to the Plex home over and over again. I stream perfectly fine on web browsers, Sony Android TVs and a bunch of rokus. Any pointers on how to fix that issue? Or is this known?

So is there a process to be able to request channels to be added on Plex’s side? It seems that Plex is just behind on the new channels etc etc.

Also I wish there was a way to just add the channel without having it match. I know the guide won’t work but at least we could watch the channel.

Any help would be much appreciated.
