I am having some problems when scanning channels for Freeview (Crystal Palace UK). My quad tuner connects as two dualHD tuners - when I scan the first tuner I often get missing channel numbers for one of the muxes (COM4 SDN) - the channels appear but are missing the actual channel number (e.g. 5STAR, Channel5+1).
When I tune the second tuner I am also missing the same channel numbers and also the channel matching doesn’t match for any of these channels - I have to manually select the channel even though it usually works on the first tuner. The two tuners are using the same single aerial input so they should be giving the same results.
Any ideas why the channel numbers aren’t picked up for this one mux and also why the channel matching doesn’t work properly?
