I have the latest plex server (1.9.5.4339). I’ve added a Hauppauge DualHD and Hauppauge Win-TV HVR-955Q to my server. The server sees both tuners and appears to scan using either tuner. The 955Q picks up Analog Cable Channels using Hauppauge’s app with no problem. When I scan channels using the plex server, the scan process shows 269+ Channels found during the scan process. When it’s finished, it only shows 157 channels. All of these channels are digital stations which 90% are protected. How come Plex is not displaying the Analog Stations?
Plex only supports unencrypted digital (clear QAM) channels and does not support analog (NTSC) at all.
