My cable provider, CityCable, changed their DOCSIS channel lineup and on channels 1 and 2 they introduced two streams, the 1st to advise the people to rescan, and the 2nd stream being the real TV (in these case the regional national TV RTS 1 and 2).
Plex only discovers and plays the 1st stream. HDHomeRun from SiliconDust can only see the first stream but can’t play it. On there Channels app from the Apple AppStore, I saw once (maybe during a channel re-scan) both streams on these channels. But now it shows just the reserved ones, ie those displaying the guide to re-scan…
It seems to be that Plex could address the issue while is about MPEG stream decoding and it already can recognize and play the first stream…
Regardless, I opened a question to SiliconDust and I do appreciate any suggestion,

Il y a 2 jours, Citycable a dû modifier quelque chose dans leur lineup. J’avais le même problème que vous et j’ai rescanné il y a 2 jours mon HDHomeRun. Mes chaînes et canaux sont maintenant tous présents et dans le bon ordre.

Quite strange, I am in Epalinges and it seems they make these changes by region, at least the introduction was done like this.
I tried a rescan just now, I still see the reserved channels on 1 and 2, and even stranger, the streamer forces to discard RTS 1 and 2. The red crosses are automatic and if I try to move them to Reserved, the streamer changes back, during the scanning process.

Désolé, mais mon anglais n’étant pas très bon, je continue en français…
Je suis à Savigny ! Selon les indications de Citycable, nous étions dans la dernière tranche des régions mises à jour.
En fait, j’ai deux HDHomeRun: un CONNECT QUATRO et un CONNECT (simple, 2 récepteurs, comme le votre je crois…).
LES deux ont le FW 20210624 et les deux affichent correctement les chaînes RTS (après un scan il y a 3 jours).
Je vous joints aussi un fichier log scan0 que j’ai obtenu en faisant la commande “C:\Program Files\Silicondust\HDHomeRun>hdhomerun_config 1230DFB0 scan /tuner0 d:\scan0.log” (Il faut au préalable avoir installé l’application spéciale utilitaire de configuration “hdhomerun_windows_20210720.exe”). Dans ce log, vous pouvez constater que tous les canaux y sont répertoriés, RTS 1 HD et RTS 2 HD, mais aussi les Reserve 0.
J’avais aussi contacté le support HDHomeRun à ce sujet, mais ils ne m’ont jamais répondu ! Mais encore une fois, cela fonctionne chez moi actuellement.
Je ne sais malheureusement pas comment vous aider plus.

Horia, il me vient encore en tête une séquence que j’avais faite (que j’avais lue sur un forum de SiliconDust):
J’ai enlevé le câble antenne du téléréseau sur le HDHomeRun et j’ai retiré l’alimentation pendant 30 secondes. Puis j’ai remis l’alimentation du HDHomeRun SANS remettre le câble du téléréseau. Puis j’ai scanné les canaux. Bien entendu, il n’a trouvé aucune chaîne, mais cela a effacé complétement le lineup dans la mémoire du HDHomeRun !!
Puis j’ai à nouveau enlevé l’alimentation du HDHomeRun (30 secondes). J’ai remis le câble téléréseau, puis l’alimentation. J’ai finalement rescanné via le GUI Web du HDHomeRun et à la fin du scan, RTS 1 et RTS 2 étaient présent.
