Hello. I am currently running Plex 9.16.6 and all functionality for Xbox One appears to be working well. I moved my Xbox 360 to my room and downloaded the Plex app. I am connected to my Server and readily access all content on that, but I can get no access to official and/or unofficial channels. The app states that I may need to check to see if the server is running, yet I can watch from the files stored on the server. Very new to this and very frustrated. Please help!
I’m getting same issue any time I try to access channels the plex server crashes and I have to restart the plex server. However I’m able to play all my local content fine. I have tried plex server 9.16.6 on both windows 10 and ubuntu linux. I have Raspberry Pi running RasPlex and I have no issues with it at all I can access all my channels and play all my content. just the xbox 360 is the issue. I think it is a xbox live issue because the xbox will time out from time to time and tell me my server is not responding when I can play to any other plex device I have. I don’t have any debug info not sure how to get it for xbox.
Anyone get this to work? I’m having the same issue. Local content on the 360 works fine but any time I try to access a channel the server crashes and I have to restart it. It’s like clockwork. 
The server is running on Windows 10 if that helps at all…
Anyone have a solution for this having the same problem ever since the last update.
Running Win 10 and plex on multiple devices and channels work on all systems except the 360 now.
I am getting this issue as well. It happens with all of the channels. When I try to load a channel i get the “check server” etc… error and after trying to get any channel working multiple times the plex server itself crashes on my PC.
No one has any ideas for this issue?
