Also there is an issue with some channels that only play the first "part" that needs to be looked at.

Hopefully the bug will be found shortly, you can always use Elan's branch to work from until then.
The Daily Show and Amazon Instant Video also work via PlexConnect.
The Daily Show does work, but the stream stops once it hits the first commercial break.
