Chapter Thumbails generation malfunctioning

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the chapter thumbails generation.

  1. They keep re-generating for movies that already had them when I click on Analyse
  2. The generation doesn’t start like other generations when adding a new movie, even with the settings on “as a scheduled task and when media is added”

Does anyone have the same problem?

I remember this being an issue before but it should have been resolved. Could you please enable Debug Logging, analyze the item, wait for it to finish, then download your PMS logs and share them with me, please?

Yep, here they are.
So in this case, the movie already had the thumbnails (checked before), I analyzed it, and it started generating them again. Once done, if I clicked Analyse again, it generated again…

And I added a new movie and the thumbnails were not generated.

If you’re able and willing, I would suggest trying the latest Beta to see if this resolves your issue.
